- New Chairman of IDS Scheer AG’s Supervisory Board is Helmut Mader
- A planned domination and profit transfer agreement is subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of IDS Scheer AG
- SAG Beteiligungs GmbH has suggested that an Extraordinary General Meeting of IDS Scheer AG could be held for this purpose in January 2010

Software AG, a global leader in business infrastructure software, today announced that its CEO, Karl-Heinz Streibich, and CFO, Arnd Zinnhardt, have been appointed members of the Supervisory Board of IDS Scheer AG. The appointment was made by the competent court in Saarbrucken with effect as of 07-10-2009 following the resignation of Prof. Dr. h.c. mult. August-Wilhelm Scheer and Prof. Dr. Alexander Pocsay.

The Supervisory Board today chose Helmut Mader as its new Chairman. Software AG has a 90.002 percent holding in IDS Scheer AG following the offering of ?15 per share to IDS Scheer AG investors. A domination and profit transfer agreement is currently being prepared for presentation to stockholders at an extraordinary general meeting of IDS Scheer AG which could take place in January 2010 at the earliest.
