The tasks allocated to Sales Distribution Sheetfed Presses, which is managed by Rafael Penuela (48) are to be more market- and customer-oriented and considerably expanded by the functions Group Account Management, Customer Project Management and Order Management.
The scope of printservices has been enlarged to cover the complete sheetfed service business which is now bundled in a central function. As of January 1, 2009 this function is managed by Marco Faulhaber (39) who is an MBA and was in charge of manroland’s activities in Greater China since 2006.
Business Development is a new unit that was introduced on January 1, 2009 and encompasses Product Management, Product Marketing and Pricing for the Sheetfed Press Business Sector. This is managed by Dr. Gerald Schobesberger (44) who has been responsible for Sheetfed Press Product Marketing since 2007.
The appointment respectively job enlargement of these three managers sends a very positive signal to the manroland organization and the marketplace.
