In order to honor the innovative accomplishments of the viscom exhibitors, the "INNOVATION AWARD" was given away in several categories within the course of this year’s viscom. This year’s award was given to Multi-Plot Europe GmbH with their product "d.gen S".

The "d.gen S" is a digital direct textile print system for duplex printing in one workflow and is therefore a new development which was previously not seen in such a form. With two print head carriages with 8 print heads each, arranged above and parallel to each other, the printer can print the front and back with the same or entirely different images on a maximum print width of 187cm. The printer prints with a maximum print speed of 45m²/h.

Due to the constructive and intelligent design of the printer, the operator has a considerable advantage compared to the other print systems on the market. The duplex print solution increases the range of applications of textile products in the fields of exhibition construction, store furnishings, décor and for the realization of marketing projects.

The "d.gen S" is a real innovation and truly offers great advantages.
