(pressebox) Stutensee (Germany), 06.03.2009, Gleichmann Electronics expands its product portfolio with seven new PowerMOSFETs in TO-252ZP package. These new devices feature electrical characteristics that previously were provided only by the considerably larger low-voltage PowerMOSFETs in D2PAK (TO 263) package.

These devices (part numbers: NP90N03VUG, NP90N04VUG, NP90N055VUG, NP90N04VDG and NP90N04VLG, NP90N055VDG, NP90N06VLG), designed by NEC Electronics, enable current switching of up to 90 A with breakdown voltages of 30 V, 40 V, 50 V or 60 V and an on-resistance RDS(on) between 3.2 m? and 7.8 m?.

Furthermore, like all members of the NP Series, the new devices are AEC-Q101 qualified, support a channel temperature up to 175°C and are fully RoHS-compliant thanks to tin-plated leads.

Samples and data sheets of the seven new PowerMOSFETs are available now from Gleichmann Electronics. Three of these devices – part numbers: NP90N03VUG, NP90N04VUG and NP90N055VUG – are already available in volume production quantities.Über Gleichmann & Co. Electronics GmbH
