(pressebox) Zurich/Berlin, 26.03.2009, iscoord ag, developer of award winning and integrated softphone technology is-phone based in Switzerland, and ilink, provider of leading CTI solutions based in Germany, will cooperate to market and develop joint IP telephony solutions, integrated into Unified Communications platforms from IBM and Microsoft. Both companies are offering IP PBX and UC independent applications and will offer the most comprehensive and server-free solutions for companies of all sizes.

iscoord efficiently combines IBM (Lotus Notes/Sametime, Symphony) and Microsoft (Exchange/ Outlook/Office/Internet Explorer) UC infrastructure with IP telephony systems. Without the need of additional hardware, is-phone increases productivity by turning every desktop into an integrated and fully featured phone/video workplace, including both audio and video conference calls.

The ilink solutions are bridging the gap between hard phones, any PBX or IP PBX as well as PCs by offering CTI functionalities integrated into UC platforms and applications. With over 1.5 mio. licenses sold, ilink is a leader for CTI integration with major international companies as customers.

iscoord and ilink have been developing successful IP based telephony solutions since many years and by combining both competences, the companies will start to jointly market their solutions. iscoord and ilink will closely work together in developing enhanced SIP based and smoothly integrated CTI solutions.
