(pressebox) Korntal-Münchingen, 21.01.2009, 2008 was the year of innovative further and new developments of standard machines and automations in the field of tampon printing at TAMPOPRINT® AG. On the one hand the market asks for high-speed tampon printing lines but also for highest flexibility for changing print images or parts sizes. With more than 30 years of experience, TAMPOPRINT® AG fully met the requirements in the special machine construction. Especially for the medical supply industry and bottle closures industry standardised high-tech automations were developed which represent a worldwide novelty with patents pending. Particular mention deserves the "H-S-C" High Speed Circular for cylindrical parts and the "Top Spin LC" for aluminium LongCaps; both belong to the rotary tampon printing.

In the field of standard machines, for the first time a tampon printing machine with integrated printing cliché manufacture by means of laser engraving was mass-produced, the "Hybrid 90-2". Especially for frequently changing print images an unbeatable saving of time and consumables. The user-friendly redesign of various standard machines was realised in 2008, mass-production will start in 2009.

Mass-production and on the other hand a highly flexible production with short set-up times for first-class production of small quantities are current market trends and these expectations have to be met. Also in 2009 TAMPOPRINT® AG stand for a customer-oriented special machine construction in the field of surface refinement by means of tampon printing and laser engraving. TAMPOPRINT® AG is unique worldwide in successfully offering complete solutions with both technologies tampon printing and ALFALAS® laser marking; this show the current orders from suppliers of sanitary accessories for design faucets of well-known manufacturers. TAMPOPRINT® AG attach great importance to a continuous further development of standard and special machines.
