Zürich (euro adhoc) – Tunç took its place among the near the top of the supplier list of Huawei, in the scope of the “Global Supplier Collaboration Agreement” signed between Huawei Technologies and Tunç Telekomünikasyon 2/12/09. Since the year 1992, Tunç Telekomünikasyon has been providing telecommunication
infrastructure services for GSM operators. The company, which was established
in Turkey with its services in telecommunications, succeeded in taking place in
12 countries by growing rapidly. Taking the task of being Tunç Holding’s
locomotive, Tunç Telekomünikasyon and its companies established in different
countries at different times were gathered under the roof of Tunç Holding on
November 2007.
On 5th of February 2009, Senior management of Huawei and Tunç Telekomünikasyon
came together in Shenzen City in China, and signed “Global Supplier
Collaboration Agreement”. Ongoing wide collaborations service and technology,
projects realized in Turkey, Albania, Kuwait and Iran enabled the realization of
this collaboration.
According to the Global Supplier Collaboration Agreement;
In the regions where partners of Tunç Holding used to provide service in
telecommunications, partners shall be called for tender and shall be directly
included in the short list.
Huawei shall regularly share its regional projections, resource needs and other
information related to their projects with partners of Tunç. So, partners will
be able to prepare necessary resources before the competing companies and would
take place in wider regions.
With this collaboration Tunç Holding has got the opportunity to present its
existing portfolio in a better fashion and has gained a strategic advantage
against its rivals.
It is expected that this agreement will take the ongoing Huawei Tunç
collaboration to the future on a stronger and growing basis.

The Tunc Holding subsidiaries are active in eleven countries in Asia Minor, Western and Central Asia as well as in Eastern Europe.
