Saarbrücken, February 5, 2009 – ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) decided to request the revocation of its listing in the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional obligations arising from admission (Prime Standard) at the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange) in order to switch to the General Standard segment. The revocation does not affect the admission to the regulated market (General Standard). It has the objective of reducing the costs and the administration efforts implicated by the listing and will take effect three months after the announcement of the revocation by the executive of the German Stock Exchange in the internet on www.deutsche-boerse.com.
