AvW Invest AG (ISIN number: AT0000930409, Reuters: AVWI.VI , XETRA Vienna: AWS ) has obtained about EUR 3.35 million as extra dividend from its 16 percent-shareholding in the German Realtech AG (RTCG.DE). Since the income from dividends and extra dividends in the year 2007 amounted to about EUR 1 million, such income will thus be around EUR 4 million for the year 2008.

Against this background AvW Invest AG emphasizes that despite the investigations against a former employee the operational business is being carried on in the interest of the investors.

AvW Invest AG with its registered office in Krumpendorf am Woerthersee focuses on two central lines of business: shareholdings and real estate. The AvW shares are listed on the Vienna Stock Market in the Standard Market Auction.
