Disclosure according to section 93 para 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act Atrium European Real Estate Limited (“Atrium”) with its principal offices in Jersey hereby announces according to section 93 para 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act (Börsegesetz) that Gazit Midas Limited (an affiliate of Gazit- Globe Ltd) has increased its holding of Austrian depositary certificates in Atrium to 13,849,296.

Following the completion of the transaction, Gazit-Globe Ltd (and its affiliates, including CPI/Gazit Holdings Limited and Gazit Midas Limited) have acquired a share in the voting rights in Atrium of more than 25% and hold in aggregate (including the 55,555,555 voting rights held by CPI/Gazit Holdings Limited through the 500 special voting shares issued in connection with the 500,000,000 subordinated convertible securities and the one share (not represented by an Austrian depositary certificate)) 69,404,852 voting rights, amounting to 25.74 % of the total number of voting rights in Atrium. The transaction by which the disclosure threshold was crossed occurred on 28 November 2008.
