This new mounting system, called EJ EASY PICCO, is designed to solve all the problems, which normally arise during the installation, paying attention not to sacrifice aesthetic appearance. This product is based on the concept of creating a modular system using high-quality components (aluminum and stainless steel) to be mounted quickly, adaptable to any structure and application (shelters for various uses, ground installation, open field, BIPV – Buiding Integrated Photovoltaics- or partially integrated roof system, facades and waterproof systems) and adaptable to install any type of PV module (framed and frameless modules, glass-glass with and without cavity thin film amorphous silicon modules, ect.). This allows the personnel to use every element in any position. Unlike current solutions on the market, this product enables a faster installation and facilitates operators. two people are enough to mount easily the whole system.
Thanks to the original shape of the extruded aluminium rail, it is possible to interchange or overlap different rails, according to the loads (snow, wind, ect.), depending on the particular geographic location or on aesthetic factors (integration with wood, steel or other material). If you wish to use the same type of rail, in order to achieve the complanarity between the base rail surface and the photovoltaic modules, you only have to cut the rail at 45° and then pair it with a stainless steel coupling element. This new system allows the installation of a wide range of photovoltaic modules on the market (from 0 to 50 mm).
