Board of Directors (Appointments and Changes)

Calgary (euro adhoc) – Terrex Energy Inc. (“Terrex” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:
TER) announces that further to its News Release of November 1, 2011, Mr. T.
Berthelet has elected not to continue with Terrex and has resigned, effective
December 1, 2011, as a Vice President of the Company.
