Annual & Special Corporate Meetings

Berlin (euro adhoc) – Berlin, June 16, 2010. Approx. 30 percent of the company’s issued capital was represented at the annual general meeting of SOLON SE (ISIN DE 0007471195), which took place in Berlin today. Around 200 shareholders, shareholder representatives and bank representatives attended the meeting. All eight agenda items for resolution were approved with a clear majority, including resolutions to create new authorized capital, to renew authorization to purchase treasury shares, to bring Supervisory Board remuneration in line with the change in economic conditions and to approve the remuneration system for Management Board members.
