Hörsching (euro adhoc) – Today the sale of the interior business, as announced
“ad hoc ” on June 6, 2011, was successfully closed.

The disposal of the interior segment strengthens POLYTEC´s position in its core
business and will lead to an increase in the group´s average operating margin.
POLYTEC GROUP will use its further improved financial situation as well as the
stability of the balance sheet to take advantage of the growth opportunities
given by the market.
