Karlsruhe, 11th October 2011. In the period between October 3rd and October 7th
2011 init innovation in traffic systems AG bought back a total of 3,870 shares
of init innovation in traffic systems AG (ISIN DE0005759807) at an average price
of EUR 16.4238 per share.

This ongoing acquisition is based on the Adhoc release as of September 19th
2011. The acquisition was carried out by the assigned bank, Commerzbank AG, on
the stock exchange (XETRA).
