Strategic management decisions

Wels (euro adhoc) – Wels, October 28, 2010. With effect from October 1, 2010 and October 12, 2010 respectively, Mr Alfred Hörtenhuber and Mr. Klaus Rinnerberger were appointed to the Executive Board of CROSS Industries AG.

Mr. Alfred Hörtenhuber will further exercise his functions as CEO of CROSS Motorsport Systems AG and Executive Board member of Pankl Racing Systems AG, Mr. Klaus Rinnerberger in his function as CEO of Peguform group, will be further responsible for the automobile supplier, taken over by CROSS Industries AG in the previous year operating in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
