Cuxhaven, November 7, 2011 – PNE WIND AG does no longer face any liability from
the sale of its stake in SSP Technology A/S. SSP Technology Holding ApS, a
company of the VENTIZZ Group, has today abandoned its appeal against the
dismissal of its action by the Stade District Court dated 7 October 2010. As a
consequence, this judgment becomes final.

The bindingly dismissed action was directed at the reversal of the sale of the
majority stake in SSP Technology A/S held by PNE WIND AG until 2008 against
payment of EUR 54.28 million and alternatively at a payment of approx. EUR 8.64
million.

The commencement of this action was made public by PNE WIND AG in the
ad-hoc-notification dated 16th October 2009 and its dismissal was made public by
PNE WIND AG in the ad-hoc-notification dated 7 October 2010.
