Cuxhaven, 16th March 2011 – In the past financial year, PNE WIND AG (WKN A0JBPG, ISIN DE000A0JBPG2, stock exchange code PNE3) achieved an operating result (EBIT) in accordance with IFRS corporate figures amounting to EUR 9.5 million (previous year: EUR 14.7 million), – the definitive key value for project developers. The result of normal business operations (EBT) was EUR 5.4 million as compared with EUR 9.9 million in the previous year. Based on the results, the Executive Board confirms its forecast, that the cumulated EBIT for 2010 to 2012 will total at least EUR 42 to 54 million euro.

According to HGB, PNE WIND AG has achieved an annual net income amounting to EUR 4.1 million (previous year: EUR 2.3 million). PNE WIND AGs balance sheet profit as at 31st December 2010 was EUR 4.1 million according to HGB.

In addition, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board of PNE WIND AG has today resolved to propose the payment of a dividend for the financial year 2010 amounting to EUR 0.04 per share (at 45,775,826 shares, this is equivalent to EUR 1,831,033.04) to the annual general meeting. The annual general meeting will take place on 18th May 2011 in Cuxhaven.
