Mattighofen (euro adhoc) – Referring to the increase of the share capital, approved unanimously at the 23rd ordinary general meeting of KTM Power Sports AG on April 26, 2011 by EUR 45,000.00 by issuing of 45,000 bearer shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 each at an issuing price of EUR 35.00, the respective invitation to subscribe will be published in the official Gazette of the Wiener Zeitung (Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung) tomorrow, Tuesday, May 31, 2011. The subscription offer is exclusively directed to existing shareholders. The subscription period is from June 1, 2011 up to and including June 15, 2011.
