Kommunalkredit Austria AG confirms that a positive decision has been taken by the European Commission within the framework of the EU state aid procedure. Based on this decision, Kommunalkredit Austria AG herewith notifies – referring also to its ad-hoc notification dated 10 February 2011 – that no coupon payments on its supplementary and participation capital will be made prior to the company´s privatisation, which is anticipated in the medium-term.
