Shares in Kizoo AG, Karlsruhe (ISIN: DE000CMBT111) are currently admitted for stock exchange trading in the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with simultaneous admission to the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard). With the approval of the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board of Kizoo AG has decided to change the company’s listing from the Prime Standard to the General Standard of the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The change of stock exchange segment will serve to reduce the additional expenditures arising from the Prime Standard listing, which are not justified in relation to the achievable benefits.

The Executive Board is to submit an application to the management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for cancellation of the admission of the shares of Kizoo AG to the Prime Standard. Cancellation of the admission will take effect three months following disclosure on the Internet (www.deutsche-boerse.com) of the decision by the stock exchange management to cancel.

It shall not affect the admission of the shares of Kizoo AG to the regulated market (General Standard); the management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will instigate the commencement of trading of the shares of Kizoo AG on the regulated market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ex officio.
