Saabruecken, 9 April 2009 – The Executive Board of ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) has resolved with the approval of the Supervisory Board to increase the Company’s registered share capital by way of utilising the authorised capital. The Company’s registered share capital will be increased by EUR 530,000.00 from currently EUR 5,381,726.00 to EUR 5,911,726.00 by issuance of 530,000 new ordinary bearer shares with entitlement to dividend as from 1 January 2009. The shares will be issued at a price (par value) of EUR 1.00 per share. The shareholder´s pre-emption rights are excluded. All 530,000 shares have been subscribed. The Company will use the money generated from this transaction to improve its equity structure as well as to reduce liabilities and therefore to improve its business situation.
