St. Marien, December 13, 2011 – In a meeting held today, the Supervisory Board
of the technological group HTI High Tech Industries AG (“HTI”), listed at the
prime market of the Vienna Stock Exchange decided to reappoint Peter Glatzmeier
(CEO) and Nikolaus Kretz (CFO) as members of the Management Board of the company
for the period January 1, 2012 until December 31, 2016. In connection with the
reorganization of management structures and based on the request of Karlheinz
Wintersberger the supervisory board also decided not to prolong the appointment
of Karlheinz Wintersberger to the management board. Karlheinz Wintersberger will
continue to serve the group in his current functions within the lightweight
construction segment.
