December 2009: The insolvency administrator of EDOB Abwicklungs AG (former ESCADA AG) has resolved to file an application with the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the revocation of admission of the shares of the company to the sub-sector of the Regulated Market with additional obligations arising from the admission (Prime Standard). Following the approval of the application the shares will be listed in the General Standard.
