Hanover, 8 March 2011 – According to audited financial statements (IFRS) for fiscal year 2010, Delticom AG (German Securities Code (WKN) 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, stock exchange symbol DEX), Europe´s leading Internet tyre dealer, recorded revenues of EUR 419.6 million (+34.8% yoy). EBIT improved in the reporting period by 60.1% to EUR 47.1 million (2009: EUR 29.4 million), corresponding to an EBIT margin of 11.2% (2009: 9.4%). Consolidated net income was EUR 32.3 million or EUR 2.72 per share (basic; 2009: EUR 1.71).

Delticom’s Managing Board today resolved to propose to the General Meeting a dividend per share of EUR 2.72 for fiscal year 2010, subject to approval by the Supervisory Board (2009: EUR 1.70). The General Meeting will be held in Hanover on 03 May 2011.
