Curanum AG announces that the takeover of the six facilities of the Bremen
based Gesellschaft für Wohnen im Alter (GWA) was closed today. The closing,
which was scheduled for September 30, 2011 in the original planning, was
postponed on today by the contracting parties by common accord to make sure
that all closing conditions are met.
