CURANUM AG, Germany´s biggest stock market listed operator of care facilities, with a turnover of approximately 260 Mio EUR p. a., today has signed a Letter of Intent for the acquisition of a group operating several German care facilities with a turnover of 21 Mio EUR p. a. Subject to the Due Diligence results, the purchase price will be 8 Mio EUR. The transaction should be completed within the second quarter.
