Jersey, 16 May. Atrium European Real Estate (VSE/Euronext: ATRS), one of the leading real estate companies focused on shopping centre investment, management and development in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that at its Annual General Meeting today all proposed resolutions detailed in the circular published on 21 April 2011 and below were passed.

* Receiving the Annual Accounts;

* The re-appointment of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as auditors of the Company;

* Authorising the Directors to agree the auditors’ remuneration;

* Renewing the Company’s authority to acquire Shares on the market; and

* Conferring a limited authority on the Directors to issue Shares and/or securities convertible into Shares.
