Regarding Appointment of New Trustee

Jersey, 27 July 2011. Atrium European Real Estate Limited (“Atrium”) (VSE/
Euronext: ATRS), one of the leading real estate companies focused on shopping
centre investment, management and development in Central and Eastern Europe,
announces that in the bondholders’ meeting held today in Vienna the bondholders
of the Kombinierte 6% Festzins-/Floater-Anleihe 2003 (ISIN: AT0000341789 and
AT0000341797) PwC Österreich GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft has been
appointed as new trustee for the Kombinierte 6% Festzins-/Floater-Anleihe 2003
effective as from today. Meinl Bank AG undertakes to promptly transfer the
associated bond collateral to PwC Österreich GmbH
Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
