Wallfit, patent holder of the innovative wall system "die Wand vom Band" ("the wall from the production line"), now offers construction companies licences with unique selling points and territory protection. The solid prefabricated walls with pre-installed utility services offer maximum cost-efficiency and high quality at the same time. "Despite the general, bad economic climate, the demand for our solid prefabricated houses is constantly increasing, which is due to the continuing high customer satisfaction," Hans-Peter Hagenmüller, the inventor of the patented Wallfit system, explains. "The most convincing features are, first and foremost, the excellent, solid quality and the extremely quick construction times of only five days for a solidly built house and three weeks for a house ready for finishing, as well as the option for individual planning."

After a successful start and the patent’s introduction two years ago, Wallfit are now expanding their distribution system with licensees in Germany and Europe: Innovative construction companies with their main focus on cost and energy efficiency in solid building construction can profit from being a Wallfit "built-up partner" with a Wallfit licence. The new system offers them a wide range of benefits: Building site related labour costs can be reduced by up to 80%. Thanks to the individual modules being already integrated into the walls, the total turnover is considerably increased as, for instance, tendering for individual sub-contractors is no longer necessary. Unproductive waiting periods on-site and delays caused by the weather can be almost completely omitted.

Wallfit "built-up partners" are a lot more competitive with regards to capacity, quality, service, price and unique selling points, combined with defined territory protection. This patent will give Wallfit licensees an advantage for the next 18 years that will be impossible to catch up with.
